Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Please take a minute to read these terms. They govern your use of hyreliftly.com, and using the site means you agree to them.

Operator

The site is run by HyreLift, which serves applicants in Australia and can be contacted at careers@hyreliftly.com. "We", "us" and "our" refer to HyreLift.

Definitions

"Opening" means a role advertised on the site. "Employer" means the business offering an opening. "Applicant" means a person who submits the form. "Introduction" means our passing an applicant's details to the employer they selected.

Our service

HyreLift advertises openings for employers, receives applications and makes introductions. HyreLift is not the employer. Submitting an application does not make you our employee, contractor or agent, and it creates no working relationship with HyreLift. Anything agreed after an introduction is between you and the employer.

Openings may change

We write each opening from the employer's description at that time. Employers can fill, alter or withdraw openings without telling us straight away, so we cannot promise an opening is still available, and an introduction is not a job offer.

Applying

Complete the form. WhatsApp will then open with a message for our HR team, and your application is only complete once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@hyreliftly.com and we will handle your application by email.

No payments from applicants

HyreLift never takes money from applicants. There are no deposits, starter kits, credits, coins, unlock charges or payments to release wages. If someone asks you for money and mentions our name, it is a scam and we want to know about it.

Pay and working conditions

The employer sets pay, payment dates and hours. Before you begin, ask the employer to confirm in writing its legal business name, the work involved, the rate, the expected hours and the payment schedule. Do not rely only on a phone call or our summary.

Adverts and the website

Tell us if an advert about HyreLift says something different from this site and we will correct whichever is inaccurate. General wording in these terms does not cancel a specific statement in an advert.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By submitting the form you agree to us holding it for those purposes and sharing it with the employer you chose.

Rules for using the site

You must not submit details belonging to someone else without their consent, provide false information, attempt to access or disrupt the site without permission, scrape its content automatically, or use it to promote your own business. We may stop processing applications that break these rules.

Intellectual property

Text, design, images and code on the site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy the site or republish its content. Information you submit remains yours, and you permit us to use it only to introduce you to an employer.

Outside services

WhatsForm runs the form, WhatsApp carries messages, and Cloudflare provides hosting and email forwarding. Their terms apply to their services, and we do not control their availability.

Site availability

We try to keep the site online at all times but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, problems with our providers or events beyond our control may interrupt access.

Australian Consumer Law

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. If something here conflicts with such a right, the right applies and the rest of these terms continue.

Liability

Subject to the section above, HyreLift is not liable for an employer's decision to hire or not, the employer's conduct, wages paid or unpaid by an employer, or indirect or consequential loss such as lost earnings or opportunities. We are responsible for what we ourselves do.

Errors on the site

If you find an error or outdated information, please tell us and we will correct it.

Your responsibilities

Give truthful information, be upfront with the employer about your availability, and let us know if your circumstances change.

Force majeure

Neither HyreLift nor you is in breach of these terms because of events genuinely outside reasonable control, such as internet outages, government action or natural disasters.

Severability

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, it is removed and the remainder still applies.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Compliance Notice, are the entire agreement between you and HyreLift about the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you may bring any dispute in the courts of the Australian state or territory where you live.

Who may apply

You must be at least eighteen and living in Australia to apply through this site. By sending the form you confirm that you meet both conditions.

Links from this site

Links to WhatsApp or any other website are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Suspending access

We may pause or withdraw an opening, or stop accepting applications from a particular person, where we reasonably suspect false information or misuse. Where practical we will tell the person affected.

Transfer of these terms

We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms to another organisation that takes over the site, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your rights under these terms.

Notices and updates

Send any notice to careers@hyreliftly.com; it is treated as received the next business day. We may revise these terms, and the version published when you use the site applies. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
