Compliance and Risk Notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This notice is written for applicants, for employers and for the advertising platforms that check our adverts. It explains plainly what HyreLift does, what it does not do, and where the risks in home-based work usually come from.

Our role

HyreLift turns employer descriptions into openings, collects applications from people living in Australia and introduces applicants to employers. We do not employ anyone, run payroll or supervise work. If you start with an employer, your agreement is with that employer.

How HyreLift is funded

Employers pay for advertising and introductions. Applicants pay nothing to HyreLift, now or later.

Promises we avoid

We never promise that you will be hired, that an opening is still available, or that you will earn a set amount. You will not find placement totals, success percentages or star ratings on our site, because they cannot be independently checked. If an advert shows figures like these beside our name, report it and we will have it corrected.

Signs of a scam

A genuine employer does not ask a new worker for money. Do not pay a deposit, buy equipment, top up an account, buy credits or transfer funds to release wages, even if the request mentions HyreLift. Send the message to careers@hyreliftly.com instead.

Written confirmation

Before starting any work, get the employer's legal business name, a description of the work, the rate, expected hours and payment dates in writing. A WhatsApp message is fine. If an employer will not confirm these in writing, you can decline and let us know.

Limits of our checks

HyreLift has no power to regulate or audit anyone. We contact employers directly before listing an opening, but we do not inspect workplaces, review employers' finances or monitor work once it starts. Openings that turn out to be a problem are taken down.

How we write openings

Each opening reflects the employer's own information. We do not invent pay, inflate the work or present an opening as more certain than it is. Where an advert and an opening differ, we correct the inaccurate one.

Personal information in short

The form collects your name, age, gender, nationality, country of residence, email address and WhatsApp number. These go to the employer you chose and to the providers running the site, and are held for twelve months after your last contact. See the Privacy Policy for more.

Measurement

Google Analytics (G-FPBMRSMXE8) runs through the WhatsForm widget to count visits and form use. Personal contact details are never included.

Age and work rights

Applicants must be adults. Confirming your right to work in Australia is the employer's responsibility.

Fair treatment of applicants

Applications are forwarded as submitted. We do not filter people out by gender, nationality or background; those questions appear because employers ask for them.

Raising a concern

Forward anything suspicious, whether an advert, a message or an employer's behaviour, to careers@hyreliftly.com, ideally with a screenshot. A person reads each report, investigates and replies. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988 are not affected by this notice.
